The customer relations manager taking care of my case is Ms. Lisa Paulley. I found Lisa a very proactive & efficient person. More specifically,
1. By chasing and following up regularly with solicitors from both sides, Lisa ensured the process is progressed within the expected timescale;
2. Lisa obviously remembered clearly about you and your needs.I think I was not the person quoted the highest price initially, but Lisa contacted me as soon as the top bidder unexpectedly withdrew the offer, which is beneficial for both myself and the seller.
3. Lisa responded to my emails very quickly, went extra miles to find answers for my queries. This is extremely helpful when it comes to the final stage of the transaction, as there were quite several missing items from the seller.

This has to be the most incompetent Estate Agents on earth, they are rude and ignorant, Please don’t get sucked in by them they are so unprofessional, they had my property since February it is now June , no communication whatsoever they have cost me a fortune, and I have to start over again. They have made me ill, they really don’t know what there are doing.I have since found out from reviews on trust pilot how bad they really are, so please be aware they are abysmal stay clear.

Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell!Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed.You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out.Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

I have found Andrews extremely difficult to deal with from the start of my tenancy to the end. I am in a joint tenancy and Andrews put all of the onus on the members of the household to find new tenants and organise new contracts without taking any responsibility for themselves. I joined as an individual, with another individual dropping out before i signed the contract. Andrews immediately tried to charge me their rent as well which i refused (i hadnt signed the contract) and was only resolved when the landlord got involved.As i am leaving the property, Andrews are retaining the same contract but changing the name of the tenants and i have had to state a number of times that my joint tenancy ends on my leaving date and i have no responsibility for their future tenant agreements. I would avoid using Andrews if at all possible in future as they try to force all responsibility for changing of tenancys onto the incumbent residents.
