I am most impressed by how diligent and patient the client support advisor, Tracy Burden is. She called me on the first day she took over the case and has been following up on both sides from the beginning all the way to the completion. My purchase was very complicated and lengthy in process, but Tracy was extremely helpful and professional to ensure the transaction happen in the end. I would not buy my house without her help! The hard work from the sales and customer support team is very much appreciated.

Andrews are one of the finest agents in this locality. They do own research on the property and near by area which is definitely a wow factor which none of the other agencies do. On top of it Nancy Henley is very nice, calm, friendly and she always has a smile on her face which makes the viewing of the property even more pleasant. Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!

I appointed Andrews for the sale of my property and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. From the outset, all staff have been friendly, professional and efficient. Upon accepting an offer on my property, I was introduced to Emma Willingham, Customer Support Advisor. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during the conveyancing process and Emma has been absolutely outstanding throughout, going above and beyond the remit of her role to ensure that things continued to move in the right direction. Emma maintained frequent communication with me, offering advice and reassurance during a stressful time, which I am grateful for. I am now in my new home and want to say a huge thank you to Emma, I couldn’t have done it without you!

I received an excellent service by Lorna from the barnet and kingsbury branch. She was great at handling the referencing process for a new tenant, completing all paperwork at a very fast rate. This was done proactively before the Easter weekend and Lorna ensured a smooth transition to a new tenancy very quickly. She's competent, easy to work with, flexible proactive and responsive to all queries. She always responds to calls I'm very thankful to Andrews and their staff for the meticulous service they offer.
