From the very first contact, Alan de Maid in Orpington have been absolutely wonderful. Dario visited quickly, offered really helpful advice in how to present the property and quickly responded with a clear and accurate brochure. Responses from the open day were received quickly and an offer soon followed. During the conveyancing process, the Diane and James and Rebecca have kept us posted with progress, and have liaised efficiently with all solicitors in the chain. I really can’t praise them highly enough, good, old fashioned, honest and professional customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alan de Maid in Orpington to anyone, and will use them again in the future

We used Alan De Maid to sell our house towards the end of last year. We switched to them from a different estate agent with whom we had been struggling and we were so glad we did. If only we had done so sooner! The service we got from Alan de Maid was fantastic and so different to what we had experienced elsewhere. The whole team were very professional and helpful and kept us fully informed on progress and developments around viewings etc. They were all really connected so it didn’t matter who we spoke to, everyone knew what was happening. They gave us helpful and practical advice around the offers we received on our house and Diane’s guidance and experience was invaluable as we navigated our way through a few complications in relation to the property we were purchasing.
