They had a focus to keep us the client informed at every point and making us feel like they had our backs. We had a chain of 6 which was very complex, however Diane and her team navigated it very well chasing the other agents to get updates, get paperwork sorted and be in a position to exchange and set a completion date. GoogleI have absolutely no hestitation in recommending ADM for selling a house. I came to them in January this year to sell my late father's house after a horrendous year with another local estate agent (TB) where we had numerous set backs, including 'buyers' with no funds, price drops and general time wasting.
I approached ADM and had Dario do the initial valuation which was aligned with what I thought it would be. They marketed the property and I have to say their photos were much clearer than the original agents and included a detailed floor plan. Within two weeks we had a full asking price offer which was £15k above what the previous agent had managed even with all the property instability with mortgage rates and price drops over the year.
Most of my dealings were with Matt who kept me informed, reassured me when I got nervous due to past experience and the sale was very easy and straighforward.
These agents are friendly, professional and efficient. From start of marketing to completion it took less than three months. Thank you to everyone at ADM Orpington. I wish you all the best for the future. DC
