From day one you couldn’t ask for better service and without doubt Alan de Maid Orpington was the driving force in our sale and for the purchase of our our current property. From Dario who carried out our valuation to Rebecca, Diane and finally James who made it all happen. Having experienced several estate agents on our journey to find a new property I can tell you that none have compared to the team at Orpington. Alan De Maid were extremely helpful with the purchase of our first home and explained the process each step of the way. James provided us with regular updates so we were kept up to speed with the process and knew what was next to come from viewing the property through to completion. When we were closer to completion, we also received regular updates from Diane who was also extremely helpful. Both James & Diane were approachable throughout our buying process and made the experience stress free. We sold our house in Orpington about a month ago. We used the service of Alan De Maid in Orpington. They did a great job for us, especially James and Dario! They helped us to put our house on the market in September last year and their valuation was correct. We had tens of house viewings within three weeks and within a months’ time we had an offer already! They were brilliant and very organised all the way! They responded to our questions and communicated us with all the updates very quickly. The legal process of our house sale took place smoothly. From the initial enquiry to the day of completion, the staff were always professional and efficient. We were updated daily and can say that when we needed to speak to someone we always could, if not, the call was returned the very same day, we were never left waiting or frustrated which is very unusual these days.
