Reeds Rains, Ormeau NI reviews

Buying your first home is suppose to be exciting and Grainne made it stressful and unexciting. Tried to undermine me and my partner and made us feel stupid when we tried to explain what she was suggesting was incorrect. But she changed her tune when she knew she was being rude and incorrect. Will not be buying a house through this company again as it was just awful. If you want to be made to feel stupid this is the place to go! It's sad really that she thinks people don't do their research and that people have no background knowledge. Picking up the keys, expecting that to have been exciting but again not, she passed them over and continued her phonecall instead of hanging up or telling me to wait till she was ready. Only leaving a review as my partner has been hounded for weeks to leave one.NegativeProfessionalism

Grainne communicated clearly and regularly so I always knew what was happening. She made a very stressful situation less so and I would have no hesitation is recommending Reids Rain as my Estate Agent of Choice.

I have been renting out a property now for 10 years and recently my tenant moved out, I decided to renovate the whole house and rather than put friends and family in, I decided to "do it properly". I contact Reeds Rains and another agency. Only Reeds Rains called back and it was a girl called Naiomh Leonard. From the first phone call this girl was fantastic. She was very professional, very knowledgable and walked me through all the options. I finished the renovations on the Tuesday, Naoimh appeared on the Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon she had it on the web. She called me on the Friday to give me an update on the number of people interested, organised viewings the following Tuesday and it was let by the end of that week. So quick, so painless and all the i's dotted and t's crossed. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking a lot of the red tape to be looked after by someone else. Fantastic service!

We recently used Reeds Rains Ormeau Road branch, under the expert guidance of Alan McCracken to buy and sell two properties and would like to profess our thanks and appreciation. There was a protracted sale of one property and Alan persisted with great humour and professionalism over the course of almost a year and my husband and I would like to express our gratitude to him personally and as an advocate of the Reeds Rains company.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
