GoogleThe staff at Reed Rains strike the perfect balance of being very good at their job, whilst also being supportive and sincere. They listen first, and explain the process in a very straightforward way. I never felt like someone was trying to manipulate or cajole me, as experienced with some other estate agents. Any complications that occurred in the buying and selling process were managed professionally and calmly. I would recommend Ryan and Grainne extremely highly.

GoogleI found Reeds Rains overall to be well organised. Ryan was able to work with colleagues to produce high standard copy for marketing the property. He was also approachable on first meeting and made helpful suggestions about preparing for the sale. A sensible starting price for selling was agreed and Grainne helped achieve a much higher one. While it takes time to sell a home in N.Ireland, she kept in touch, answering queries and providing guidence and reassurance professionally and curteously. I would recommend Reids Rains for quality of service and value.

GoogleI worked with Reeds Rains in conjunction with iamsold auctioneers after having difficulty selling my house in the traditional way with another Estate Agent. Gráinne and indeed the whole team at Reeds Rains were a pleasure to work with. Everything was dealt with in a friendly, helpful, compassionate but still highly professional manner and they constantly kept me informed re progress I would highly recommend Reeds Rains as an Estate Agent. Indeed if I was to go through the process of selling again they would be the Estate Agents I would use.

GoogleWe are very happy indeed with the services of Reeds Rains and would be glad to recommend the company to others. They guided us to the successful purchase of our new home, including arranging a couple of viewings and negotiations with the owners to borrow the key, allowing measurements and estimations to be carried out by our builders prior to completion. All the office staff were polite and professional, particularly Grainne Reihill, who was very reassuring and supportive throughout.
