GoogleI just handed over my keys today to a tenant in the Arc Apartments, Titanic Quarter and I can tell you from first speaking with Naoimh to finalising the let only took about 2-3 weeks. Never have I experienced a deal happen so fast as you can imagine trying to let out an apartment during Covid times is nearly impossible! I highly recommend Naoimh if you want a fast, A+ service!

GoogleThe team were really great. Alan who came out initially to value my house was lovely and made me feel at ease and confident about the sale. After this I mostly dealt with Grainne who kept me updated and was very kind when I was a little frazzled by the process. Moving house is stressful but the team made it relatively easy!!

GoogleMy partner left a fair and honest review yesterday based on our experience with Reeds Rains and today his phone rang countless times during working hours and was sent an assortment of emails by Naoimh Leonard being very unprofessional and disrespectful. It had gotten so bad after 3 requests for her to stop contacting us we had to block her emails. She then proceeded to use the official Reeds email account to continue emailing which was swiftly blocked. Never experienced anything like this before. Very strange behaviour.

GoogleReeds rain were representing the previous home owners we bought our house off! We only dealt with Alan throughout the process. We had a few issues along the way that were completely out of the control of reeds rain. Alan gave us regular updates and was extremely professional and communicative the entire time. He was always there to answer any questions we had and went out of his way to help us.
