FacebookKaren and her staff are not like any estate agents we have ever dealt with. Incredibly hard working and dedicated to their clients. Karen always was honest and straight talking with us which was so refreshing. We were new to buying and selling in Scotland, Karen explained everything patiently and clearly.I never thought that I would say that I actually enjoyed working with an estate agent until we met Karen, Lana and the team.Highly recommended.

Buying a house is a super stressful event and we can honestly say that from the initial viewing of our new home, Karen was a beacon of good information, professionalism and humanity! She and her team just made it that bit easier. She answered all our questions and was reassuring when things seemed to not be progressing. Thank you!

TrustpilotA truly professional experience
Fantastic! Karen has been with us for every step of the sales process. They have been true professionals, offering advice and assistance 24/7. I was working abroad during most of the sales process, Karen made sure that the house in Westray was photographed professionally in my absence, offered advice on solicitors, and guided us through the whole process, 110% recommended. Thank you to all at K Allan Properties.

FacebookKaren Allan was recommended to me by a friend. I signed up with her and never regretted it. She was true to her word and worked tirelessly to market our property. I liked the fact that she kept me up to date with progress even out with office hours and the weekend which is something not all estate agents will do. She also knows the market well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone unless I was absolutely content with their service but I have no hesitation in recommending her. She is friendly and approachable and gets the job done. It’s been a pleasure.
Thanks Edwin, its been a pleasure working with you all.
