She treated me with respect and understanding throught out this process. Her team are very professional and very much an asset to Karen. She is reasonably priced for all that she does.

Best estate agents around, all the staff are professional and friendly, and not friendly in a disingenuous way like some other agents. With K Allan properties you really feel the team care about making your experience as stress free and straight forward as possible. The team bent over backwards for me as I was moving up from the South with being able to facilitate my needs out of hours. When the sale had completed we were given a complimentary gift box and the team were also on hand to help with a little local knowledge I couldn't recommend K Allan properties any higher for any potential buyers or sellers thinking of entering the market, you can be assured not to be disappointed
