I had been looking for a house for more then a year with no luck of finding the house I was looking for. I was lucky enough that I found Pete and his team Chloe, Claire & Donna in Upminster that I can know say I have found my home that I had been looking for. 11/10 experience honestly could not thank you guys enough. We worked with Abi, Peter & Claire on the purchase of our first home Abi was so fabulous & showed us around a number of properties - she always made sure to call ahead of a property going live on site and have us booked as one of the first viewings We worked with Peter and Claire throughout for our Mortgage. We checked in with multiple brokers & comparison sites and Peter provided a rate significantly more competitive than anything we'd seen with other brokers / lenders. We were first time buyers, Peter & Claire supported throughout the process, always available on email or phone to answer any questions we had - taking us through all the terms of the offer Highly recommend working with the in house team - you can generally get a response from both broker and agent within an hour and it keeps the sale moving at a good pace

Outstanding rental services

I would like to give the highest possible praise to the overall rental service from Balgores Properties and in particular to Dan Lawrence. Dan deals promptly with issues that arise. He makes sure the tenants are listened to and problems sorted in a timely way. Dan always keeps me informed as to what is going on and presents me with solutions, not problems. I would like to leave some feedback about Balgores team in Romford 😊. They are profesionals, helped so much for buying first home. Since the first call to arrange a viewing they was fabulous. They felt my lost soul in this process so after a call with Germma I was encouraged, calm and looked after. Balgores was the agent we used to buy the property. In the final stages of the exchange Billy and Paul both worked hard to get this over the line, especially as the deal ran into some difficulties with our buyer. Balgores Property Upminster Branch were excellent from start to finish. We were very impressed with how polite, caring and professional Christopher was from the initial valuation, marketing and thereafter. Abbie, Chloe and Ricky kept us well informed about viewings and feedback. Abbie and Chloe also did the viewings. Once the sale was agreed Ellie sent the appropriate paperwork via email and Donna was our Sales Progressor. The whole team worked hard to secure a sale and for this we are extremely grateful. I was very impressed with Charlie and his team. I had no experience of selling a property by auction but Charlie’s experience gave me confidence. He ensured I was kept up to date at each stage and I am so pleased I took his advice. Thanks to Charlie and his team’s hard work, the house sold for a much higher price than I expected and the process was quick and painless. Contracts were exchanged at the end of the auction and completion will be in 28 days. There is no chance of the buyer trying to re-negotiate on the price or trying to delay the sale. I would definitely use Balgores again and would recommend them as they were both efficient and professional.

Balgores Property been great - do not go with their in house solicitors !

Balgores Property has been an amazing service, the team there really did take the time to find me the perfect home that met my requirements. I have now moved in to my property. The reason why I have given this 3 stars and not 5 which I personally would of, is because they referred me to their in-house solicitors - AVRillo. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM ! I was quoted by the solicitors 2K but by the end of it i had to end up paying over £3,700, absolute joke ! This puts Balgores in a bad light as this is a service you recommend and offered. This has hugely put me out of pocket.

This organisation helped us to sell our existing house and purchase our new house. They took all of the stress and aggravation out of this process making it easy and straightforward for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They were unfailing in their limitless patience from the number of times they made themselves available to show us and our contractors our potential new house to the numerous times they helped us navigate the online conveyancing. The Perfect House Sale

As soon as we wanted to sell our home we went to Balgores Hayes and was met with Paul Hayes who you can only describe as a very experienced estate agent every thing he assured as was carried out and was professional in every aspect. His team were a credit to him especially Billy who we were in contact with more regularly. The photos produced were amazing and the constant contact kept with us was very re-assuring we never had to chase them and the sale was completed without a hitch. Selling my house through Bagores

I am a real seller - Selling my house through Balgores! Nice people - miss leading sale pitch on the buy in protection agreement! If buyer wants to make bids and pull out, they can, and you get nothing - so you think your selling, paying fees and they can pull out without consequences . Thats my experience . Obviously the fault of the false bidder!i The 5k sales protection is a miss sell (in my opinion only ) they make a big thing - First sale fell through. I don’t know if it’s just Balgores Chelmsford that’s miss selling but it’s not the protection I thought we were paying for. Still, nice people at balgores - pointless agreement if the buy’er can pull out weeks later. (Wasting time and money)

The Weapons at Upminster Balgores.

From the date the better half and I got in contact with the absolute rascals of a team at the Upminster Branch we knew we were in safe hands. We tasked Abbie and Chloe with procuring the home of our dreams (no easy feat with the boxes that needed ticking). The Balgores team shortlisted properties, handled our demands with the upmost professionalism and located a property that both "er indoors" and I fell in love with. During the whole process their communication couldn't be faulted and then they passed us to Chris. Chris executed the purchase as a very seamless process bringing in his colleague Donna at the last minute to finalise the details.... What a bunch of Weapons they are! Last but not least I would like to thank the mortgage broker that they introduced us to. A big shout out to Peter Walker! The term "high velocity impact" must have been coined for this man! He delivered his charisma, charm and wit throughout making what would normally be a stressful experience very enjoyable and a fun process. Peter must knock on the doors of banks and mortgage lenders with a sledgehammer, he was always there and always willing. A true professional with so much knowledge of the industry, he had the answers before the questions had even been raised. If only all experiences with Estate Agents and Customer service in general was this good the world would be a better place. This is a very real true review!

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson​ helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. Towards the end of last year we decided to Sell our first home which we had actually purchased through Balgores Basildon 2 years prior, we also Purchased (Again) through Baglores Basildon this time around. Our first home sold for over the asking price within the first week of going live, unfortunately due to some ups and downs we did lose our first buyer, but the team at Balgores pushed on! We are very pleased with the service we received from all the staff at Balgores Basildon, From start to finish the whole team were very polite & professional, and kept us up to date with any changes or delays, we cannot thank them all enough especially for their patience throughout the whole process. (as I don’t feel I was always the easiest of client!) We would also like to say a massive thanks to Sean their in house mortgage broker he held our hands every step or the way and reassured us with any doubts we had, he went through everything step by step and made sure everything was explained to us thoroughly!
