Highly recommend Peter Walker and his Team.

I want to give a huge thank you to Peter Walker at Balgores Property in Upminster for his outstanding service. From start to finish, Peter was simply amazing. The communication was excellent, he was available almost every time I needed to reach him and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He made everything so easy and stress-free. Peter found me a fantastic deal, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service he provided. The fact that he was always there when I needed to ask questions really stood out for me. I’ve already recommended him to friends who are looking into mortgages because I would absolutely use Peter’s services again if I ever needed to move house or get another mortgage. I also have to mention his colleague, Claire, who was just as fantastic. Together, they made the whole experience seamless. I truly can’t recommend Peter Walker and his team enough!

A big thank you to Peter Walker at Upminster. Peter was recommended to me from my parents who have used him twice before, the first time being 16 years ago. Peter has been very informative for us first time buyers and showed a true honesty. Finding our first house took time, Peter was patient and remained helpful when things had to change. Fantastic communication. We were then handed over to Claire who was equally fantastic. IF we ever decide to do the house moving process again, I would use Peter again in a heartbeat.

Couldn't recommend these enough. All amazing but especially Deepuk and Donna. We sadly had to complete the sale on my deceased brothers flat.  They were so kind, empathetic and helpful. It made a very difficult process that bit easier. Was what lovely was meeting Deepuk because my brother had already started the sale with him and so Deepuk remembering my brother and their conversations. Definitely went above and beyond expectations. Thanks again!

We don’t Evan know where to start to explain how fantastic our broker Peter walker is. From start to finish Peter took control and handled absolutely everything. He will go above and beyond for his customers we was so lucky to have him. He is the most down to earth man and he will stop at nothing to give you the best of everything. Peter handled our mortgage, home insurances, life insurances and sadly my daily stress. Pete takes it all on his shoulders and will tell you that’s what he is there for to take the worry away from his clients and he does exactly that. He gets things done yesterday and luckily expects the same from everyone else. If you are moving you need Peter walker in your life trust me !!! Balgores in Romford dealing with Glenn Hardie and Claire Dartnell is amazing. I could not thank Glenn and Claire enough for their professional and calm approach towards the mortgage from start to Finish. The fact find to mortgage offer. When I couldn’t get the documents in a timely manner for one provider Glenn was very helpful by applying with another lender. It turned out to change my fortunes as i was given an offer by them within a week and am now in a strong position to complete on a house which I must complete on by 22nd March 2024 due to auction deadline.

Rubbish, didn’t have a clue what was going on during the whole process, even though they controlled the whole chain! Said they would call back with more information and an update, but never did, I had to chase them again and again! Never done any due diligence on potential buyers, so they haven’t checked to see if they had mortgage offers etc. Very frustrating, I would avoid if possible. Also more expensive than others! Only went with them as they had control of the complete chain, but that didn’t help!

Being the FTB, we were not clear with the home buying process, mortgage, home insurance but had preconceived notions. And then we met Balgores property team- Chris & Chloe and mortgage team Pete, Donna and Claire. As soon as we said yes to the house, they arranged everything for us and the whole process was closed in 2 months time; extremely efficient team. We asked for it and they arranged it for us like a genie. Pete Walker and Claire Dartnell are invaluable to anyone looking for a mortgage and the level of personalised expert service they have provided us has been by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Pete was highly recommended as a mortgage broker by a friend and it was the best decision we made. Pete and Claire were both fantastic and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions. Pete has an huge amount of experience which was priceless to us as we had a complex leasehold sale as well as the onwards purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sought advice about our sale from his trusted contacts (solicitors and other brokers) to help us with our sale. Myself and my partner had such an amazing experience when we were searching for a mortgage/house. Our mortgage advisor Gemma was amazing! She was so knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end, I literally can’t thank her enough for all her help and support and knowledge, she made the process a lot less stressful. Even when we were nearly ready to complete Gemma was still searching for the best rates and even managed to get our interest rate lower. After we completed we then was recommended Glenn to speak to us about life insurance, once again he was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us for the best deal for our life insurance and contents insurance for our property. Wonderful service
