Very good experience overall. The sales team (Hornchurch branch) had multiple viewings booked in almost immediately and achieved a price in the region we were looking for.Special praise has to go to Donna Hickey in sales progression who was exceptional. She was responsive, determined and I have no doubt that our move would have been delayed without her hard work. We can't thank her enough.

Received terms of business 1 week before the tenant moved in, massive fee but because tenant moving in I had no choice but to agree the fee, had I known the fee to start with I would have shopped around, this is not how you do business!!!

Good advice from Billy who did everything that he said he would. He was very knowledgeable - he knew the market and my road and the demand for property in that location. He sold the property within days and I was satisfied with the price achieved. Katie then handled progressing the sale and did an excellent job and kept me informed at all times. I would definitely use this team again and would be happy to recommend them.

Jack at the Loughton branch was absolutely amazing. He worked with me on a tricky sale that required an extended lease. As the buyer he was my contact in the important negations between the two solicitors and he never gave up over the 7 months it took from the viewing the property to completion. He was always calm polite and professional throughout.

What a very professional company to deal with.Nothing was to much trouble and their attention to detail outstanding. They are without doubt the best I have dealt with.Not the cheapest but why would you want the cheapest when selling you home. You want the best.

I had a great experience with my move, being a first time buyer I was pleased that I had communication all the time from Claire Dartnell and Pete Walker by keeping me up to date with the process. Very friendly and very quick in answering any queries I had. This made my move a lot easier and less stressful. Would fully recommend!
