Don’t think about letting with these cheeky so an so’s had nothing but aggravation from this lot an a no good tight git landlord who doesn’t want to maintain his property. Have done nothing but be Unprofessional and Rob money of me an will continue to do so even though they’ve voided my contract couldn’t care less the helmets all through lies and false claims.

Excellent service from start to finish from the Hornchurch Branch. All staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Our purchase was during the Covid outbreak so it came with some challenges, however the agent and broker were exceptional in keeping us up to date and helping when we needed it. Would highly recommend. Special mentions to Callum, Donna and Dan (Broker) who were great throughout.

From initial contact and beyond, we were very pleased that they kept us well-informed of interest in the property, gave us sensible advice on the sale process and, most importantly, once a buyer was found, kept us up to date throughout. It's often difficult to find a good agent but we would highly recommend.

Want to keep this short. My chosen Solicitor and Conveyancers we useless. If it wasn't for Donna Hickey, our sale would have failed on at least 3 occasions. It was her hard work, tenacity, knowledge, and experience aligned with a never give up attitude that got this over the line. She is a star and an asset to Balgores.

Great service from Balgores (Hornchurch) when buying our house, even though we were not directly their client, they kept us up to date at every stage. Donna in particular has been brilliant and key to our quick exchange. Everyone I have spoken to there has been professional and helpful.
