Van Mildert have been absolutely amazing in many ways for me as a Landlady and also as a Tenant. I obtained my Landlord's Insurance and Rent Guarantee from them and I have had a bad tenant in my property. Van Mildert acted quickly and professionally to deal with the situation and instigate an eviction notice, rent guarantee and break clause notice. Their team are extremely professional, helpful and provide a personal service. In particular, I have had a great experience with Ben and James who have provided top rating customer service.At the same time I have had an excellent service from them as I am also trying to rent a property myself. My Landlord's letting agent refused to run a reference and affordability checks for me and my partner (something dodgy going on there, I'll be writing a 1star review on them in due course) so I referred and recommended my would be Landlord to Van Mildert to get his Landlord's insurance and Rent Guarantee from them instead. Within 48 hours of providing them with all the relevant documentation and information they needed, we were passed and the Landlord has obtained his Rent Guarantee. For all Landlords out there, do not look any further than Van Mildert for your insurance. I am a Business Coach and it is a rare find to discover a company that has such great Culture, Customer Service, Values and Behaviours!!!

There seems to be little evidence that anyone is trained to read between the lines and make an informed decision and able to understand what they are reading.i would like to word this stronger, we have a property in Turkey and i would not trust them to manage nothing .... landlords ... they are costing you tennants ..without a doubt

Many properties are already gone and still listed on the website. I called many property agents and they say the property is gone and it will take time to take it off from website. Does it take weeks time to remove them from rightmove.co.uk? Wasting everyones time.
