TrustpilotRightmove doing nothing to fix website; I won’t use it again
As per other users. Website has deteriorated to something virtually unusable on iPad on any browser. I tried to follow the rightmove suggestion in the reply to others but their email page also does not work. To save us all having to do this, why doesn’t rightmove publish any fix here?

I can no longer access rightmove on my apple i pad. It keeps on freezing and will not download. Have they changed something on their website . Very frustrating. I have always been able to use on this device with no problem. I have now switched to other property web sites.

New website is awful, Why fix something that wasn't broken, no street view, school info. Its now really clunky, does not flow, its all over the place and not fit for purpose, it actually makes you annoyed to use it, going to look at other websites instead.

We’ve given them a fresh new look, and the pages are faster to load. Our aim for the new look page is to give home-hunters a better view of a property’s features all on one page. We’ve been switching on the page to people using the site gradually so that we can make changes as we go based on people’s feedback, as we know we don’t get it right first time. Street view is still available on the new layout and school information, if you click onto any property listing and scroll down on the details page you will see a map where you can open and click on street view. Too expensive to be on it. Its not worth for the price. They just bombard with same enquiry to many agents and lots of adverts. Also they will divert your client to someone else or to their adverts. A complete waste of time and you will never recover your cost!

Worst service ever. I have emailed about so many properties through their website, over 20 now and no one has ever responded to me. The homes on here are also usually sold out and they put them on their website so consumers call up and they can suggest different properties.
