Phone call out of the blue and totally pressured into accepting something I don`t require or have the full details of.When I received an email confirmation I requested this be cancelled only to be told that I needed to cancel with the actual company due to GDPR.Please be careful.

I was to be a guarantor for £5k. They ignored my income as I was self employed They wanted £31k cash in a current account. I was just short but had 10 times that amount in other readily available assets. They would not pass bme as a suitable guarantor. A total joke. They clearly don't understand finance

As a seller, I found Rightmove prompt in dealing with a query. The issue I raised were considered by an Adviser who used fairness and commonsense in addressing the issue raised firstly in an email. The next day I made a follow up telephone call, she liaised with her colleague in another department and the matter was concluded in less than an hour.

Me and my Fiance got a place through this site, way better than zoopla to be honest, the phone app could do with some additional filters but it is one of the best.edit: App can add a filter to remove flat shares in your searches - this should be a basic filter but it appears to not be available, you can only include but not remove

Came through to us as our (rent guarantee) policy was coming up for renewal. Told us that they were now part of RightMove. Told us the new (improved) T&C's and the premium. Very quick, very simple, very clear. Probably the same people working from the same offices as last year; just as polite, just as efficient.

Like Rightmove but I find it really annoying and misleading when they fudge the ‘added on’ date for a property. I’ve been keeping an eye on the Isle of Wight property market and there a several properties that have been on for ages but have added on dates that don’t reflect how long they have actually been listed.

I have just taken out Tenants insurance through righmove. The process was helped greatly by the professionalism of Rhea Thomson who explained all the details to me. Their cover doesn’t just cover contents it covers all the landlord items. Very pleased I only have had a good experience with right move.

Overall Rightmove could be better. Accessing saved properties is not straightforward and removing saved properties that are no longer available is too time-consuming.The front-side of the site is very good. I just won't be wasting my time with 'my rightmove' - needs improving. Just not worth the effort.

Do not sign up for anything unless you want to receive 10 emails a day sometimes more!! I have been clicking unsubscribe for over 6 months. I have emailed to say STOP but my inbox is still flooded with their crap. I have written and posted and letter and will be sending them a solicitors letter for harassment if they don’t stop after this review. They actually have a policy about how they contact you and obviously pay no regard to that in practice.

So disappointed with the new Rightmove website. There's no way to properly enlarge the photos, the navigation is incredibly cluncky, and why are we forced to scroll down and down? No UX person would recommend that. It really is a downgrade. I never write reviews but I had to research to see if anyone else felt the same way

Great APART from one very annoying thing when searching for properties and setting alerts there is no way to filter out auction sales, both Zoopla and On the market allow you to so why not Rightmove ?
