Rightmove Plus system has been “down/offline” for several days which prevents Estate Agents (like me) updating or adding/deleting properties. As I have usually found, Rightmove’s Customer Service is appalling with no human beings available to answer enquiries/complaints. So, Rightmove Plus system is dead and I’m still expected to pay over £1000 per month, per branch? For me, Rightmove has become the Wrongmove

One of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. Lack of communication within the firm meant that our query was not dealt with properly as documents allegedly weren't received or went missing. This lead to a delay in us moving into our new property. Joke of a company would never use their services ever again.
