GoogleExcellent service provided by Lauren Taylor of Connells, Oldbury. She managed the sale of my property from start to finish, and the service she provided was excellent. She was responsive, on the ball and very good at relaying communication between myself and the buyer. Very pleasant to talk to as well. She helped to make the whole process, which was the first time for me, easy and worry-free. Furthermore, she helped to secure a sale price which was £8,000 above the asking price.

GoogleWe sold our house through Connells, although our initial buyer failed to come through (nothing to with Connells) they were back on the case and promoting our property again. GoogleWent to view a bungalow today well at least tried to the estate agent couldnt get hold of the vendor for the keys the first attempt and the today he went to wrong house on the same round and didnt have the key going for a third attempt tomorrow and if we dont get anywhere then we are totally righting them off
