Avoid at all costs. Agents fail to turn up for viewings, they ask for money in advance of legal advice and when you raise significant concerns about a property they dismiss these.

Firstly, I want to extend my apologies for any inconvenience caused by the viewing representative not turning up for the viewing. This is not reflective of the level of service we strive to provide, and I understand the frustration it would have caused. Regarding the request for a deposit, I'd like to clarify that a deposit is part of our policy for buyers purchasing through ourselves. The deposit secures the property for the buyer and is deducted from the overall purchase price. We do however fully support buyers taking legal advice, should they wish to and we would never encourage a buyer against this. I'm sorry to learn that you had concerns about the property that you felt were dismissed. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. Unrealistic time frames, unprofessional staff, pushy bullying tactics no care at all for buyers. If I could give then a minus figure for stars I would. They flag every bad review !! 🙄 just avoid this unprofessional people.

When purchasing a property, most of the work needs to be done by the buyer and their solicitors. On the other side of things, the sellers are often waiting to hear and this time can be worrying.
