They are very approachable and can talk freely about the sale andyour chances to get the right price.

They should be more proactive to get excellent rate, especially when the selling market was affected by the goverment and global energy crisis and cost of living. it will reduce the stress of the seller who can see agent is really taking care of you. Seller should not be phoning to se what's going on, when viewing and far apart.Ernest was very approachable when I call Springbok and had the time to talk and explain things.

Found Springbok on a Google search after receiving terrible service from a local agent. Was really sceptical at first, but so far so good. Jack has been very professional and helpful throughout, he explained the process right from the start and answered any concerns I had about using an on line agent. Unprofessional company, first instance agreed to viewing for a property we were very keen to buy, 24hrs later contacted by springboks stating "your not sold so you cannot view"Despite the fact being mortgage free as our mortgage was all paid up 10yrs ago, and we were just shy of paying cash.Adding insult to injury contacted by company boasting how wonderful Springboks were.they don't seem to know what they're doing.

The process of the buying the house was pretty simple. It might help if Springbok sorted out its communications, messages not picked up, 24 hour service not working etc etc. Read the small print as buyers are expected to pay a deposit on acceptance of offer (we were not aware of this). However, overall, a pleasing experience and Chris was excellent and communicated well and kept us up to speed on progress.
