I just rented a property through BOP Barnstaple. I have dealt with many lettings agencies over the last few years and have to say that these people were absolutely first class...all the time! Jenette and Amy gave me great customer service and were very professional and polite. Personally speaking, I could not fault the service and will definitely deal with them in future above all else. Highly recommended.

I can say that they have worked hard for me every time, and have most definitely earned the commission they made (which is not overly large, given that I pick up management of the property after the first six months).
