GoogleThe best estate agents in the area , nothing is too much trouble . We have never experienced service like this from any previous estate agent. They gave a sensible estimate, they negotiated very well on our behalf and we got the asking price and they chased solicitors to ensure we completed on time. They even sorted out removal and storage. FacebookWe have just sold our house with Newton Fallowell and have been delighted with the service throughout. We have previously used other estate agents and failed to finalise a sale. From the start they were honest and came up with a realistic valuation rather than an inflated one some competitors use just to get your custom. Throughout the process they kept us updated and conducted numerous viewings with potential purchasers. I do not often make recommendations but I would not hesitate in pointing you towards this company if you are thinking of selling your home in the Rutland area.

FacebookYou may as well do it yourself and skip out the middle man(Newton fallowell) save yourself a fortune. Very poor customer service from our agent. Unwilling to speak on the phone, would not return calls. Keyboard warrior at best. If you’re looking for an estate agent. Just don’t bother. You’ll do 95% of the work yourself, but have to pay for the pleasure. Would not recommend!
