Great service from start to finish, Told Peter what we required, he found us the ideal property within Days. All moved in within 5 Weeks, even in the current situation with what's going on the the world. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Special mention also to Matt the Mortgage advisor, spoke to a couple of other people first and they didn't see a solution, but after just an initial chat with him, it all looked far more possible and yes, Mortgage in principle within a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend then to anyone who is looking to buy, sell or rent out there property. You will be in safe, professional hands. Thankyou again to you all.

From our initial contact with Michael who promptly came to value the property and discuss matters appertaining to the sale, we have been most impressed with the efficiency and service provided at all stages during our property sale. My elderly father bought a property in June 2018 and subsequently sold a property later in the year through Newton Fallowell in Oakham. The entire team were brilliant but in particular Charlotte who worked very hard for us from the first time we met her to the last day when we completed on the sale. Charlotte was AMAZING and always so professional throughout the 6 months of knowing her. The word 'no' was just not in her vocabulary! The decision to sell through NF was down to Peter, the manager. The family asked for a couple of valuations but we knew from the moment we met Peter that he was the person we wanted to work with. Peter was so respectful of my father from the moment they met to the time the house completed. Moores Estate Agents seemed so disinterested!! I cannot praise NF enough and would totally recommend their services. Thank you all so much for your support during this time.

An Estate Agency who works how all Agencies should work. I am impressed with their service and by Alison particularly. She took time to understand what I wanted to buy and that I was under time constraints with my buyers. Alison kept an element of humour to what I find quite an anxiety inducing task. Brilliant! Professional! Real people, with a lovely approach to customers. Alison was amazing, listened to my specific needs for the house I was looking for. Gave such a great service, I felt like a VIP, and after moving house 18 times, this was a first for me. A very positive experience. A cut above the rest, would highly recommend.

To put it simply, they handled our sale perfectly. At times what looked like a chain that would crumble, was kept together and fully informed by Peter. I cannot fault him and his team and fully appreciate being kept in the loop at all times, which is important when the sale is having trouble. The team at Newton Fallowell break the stereotype for Estate agents and really do go above and beyond to ensure they are doing everything they can to close the sale. Jason and Peter were incredibly professional throughout and their knowledge helped reassure us throughout the process. For our sale it was their advice and strategy that got us the sale ahead of other properties still looking for buyers. Would without doubt recommend them, and can fully understand why they are so successful at what they do, with a competitive price to top it of.

Beyond the call of duty!

Peter Ledger went beyond the call of duty to secure this sale. First he showed us a property that had not been on our radar, and we're delighted to have bought it. He then shepherded an inexperienced vendor through a process which daunted her, and he quickly and directly intervened several times when solicitors were communicating poorly. At all times he was friendly and courteous in all he did, even when it was evident he had other transactions that needed attention. He is a great asset to the company and the reason that we would give a strong recommendation to others.

I was quite shocked at the lack of commitment and property knowledge of the lady who gave us a very perfunctory viewing of what was a filthy, manky property, seemingly more interested in telling she had loads of viewings booked. She clearly didn't know who we were and never thought to ask us our name (which should have been on her booking form). She was totally non-committal about whether anything worked, tried to get us round the house and garden in record time and clearly wanted rid of us as quickly as possible. She didn't even show us the cellar, in spite of my moving towards it for a second time, when we were heading out. She visibly panicked when I opened an outhouse door as I could smell oil strongly, so wanted to see if there was a boiler in there, which there was. When I asked whether there was plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine, she looked completely blank. When I asked her to demonstrate the shower to make sure it had pressure, she made a complete mess of it and couldn't even switch it on. When I asked whether a Sky dish could be fitted she had no idea and only suggested that it might not be possible as it was a Grade 2 listed building. When I asked why one of the two open fires couldn't be opened up for use again, her response was that it just couldn't! When I questioned why on earth a landlord would want only a 12 month rental with a 6 month break clause, given the amount it costs to actually move, she was adamant that this could not even be considered for negotiation. Sharon told us that the carpets and lino in kitchen had jist been replaced. They were very ill-fitting and filthy - how anyone could try and rent a place that was so disgusting was staggering to say the least. All in all, a complete and utter waste of my wife's and my time. With the best will in the world, on the evidence of my experience today, this company should take a long, hard look at its employees, as there is little point in having professional branding that cannot be backed up with performance.
