Communication through the app is polite and clear, and queries are usually responded to within a day or two. Bethany has been helpful and implements instructions promptly. TrustpilotRental - when the tenancy isn't working
Like insurance, you only know how good a Letting Agent is when there is a problem with the tenancy. Have rented the same property via DB Roberts for nearly 20 years with few problems with changeovers, etc. Sadly the last tenant didn't fulfil the obligations of their agreement, including non-payment of rent. DB Roberts were extremely thorough with their paperwork and dealing with the tenant. They also arranged the flat clean-up and refurbishment, in a very short window, so that the property could be returned to the market within 10-days. As a private landlord, this took a huge amount of the stress away. Would suggest any landlords strongly consider take out the rent guarantee and insurance, as getting property returned is only getting more complex
