GoogleI needed a good Agent to sell my property, and met with several Agents in the area, with my personal preconceptions about Estate Agents and their liking to used car sales people...! Well, what can I say, we met with Bo and found not only a good agent, but a great agent 👍 Bo is an absolutely formidable negotiator, with fantastic confidence and vision and was totally responsive throughout the whole process. He personally took photos at 14:00, the property was live on the website at 16:00 and we had 3 viewing that evening - Wow! Throughout the next 7 days we had many, many viewings and 3 competing offers, accepting the best 7 days after it went live, following fantastic advice and guidance from Bo - Wow again! A few things on the survey, but Bo handled that with his formidable skills and we completed 11 weeks after the initial advert - Wow, again!! What can I say, Bo has absolutely restored my faith in Estate Agents and couldn't have asked for more from him, or Anthony David. Want to sell your property fast and professionally, for the best price, you need look no further 👍

TrustpilotUnprofessional, unethical liars
Over 2 months into a purchase of a house through this company we were gazumped. Whilst not illegal it is still regarded as immoral and unethical by many professionals. Solicitors fees, searches, even selling furniture and putting things in storage ready to move 3 weeks before Christmas, they pulled out of the sale the week were we due to exchange. They lied about pulling the house off the market, obviously too embarrassed by their own behaviour.

GoogleI would highly recommend Anthony David estate agents. They sold our property in 3 days, or should I say Bo sold it in 3 days and then he sold our buyers property in no time too. He was very pleasant and helpful to work with and he kept us updated on how things were progressing and we cant thank him enough. I would strongly recommend Anthony David estate agents and in particular Bo, who was wonderful and his local knowledge of the area and property values was so good. THANKS BO.

GoogleWe've just completed our property sale with Anthony David. We instructed them after being with another local agent for 5 months and and only getting 4 viewings - we sold within a week of being with Anthony David though unfortunately didn't quite get the sale price we were looking for. Sean dealt with our sale and was helpful, friendly and responds quickly to any queries. Anytime we called and he wasn't in the office someone else would know the details and help us out with our query. We just wish we'd gone with them from day one so we could have sold sooner! Would definitely recommend to anyone selling in the area.

My house sale could’ve been very stressful but his professional service made it completely stress free. Even little things like my request to only be contacted by email and not wanting feedback from viewings were observed and implemented. The intelligent, client focussed (my buyer was equally as happy with them) service means I’ve already recommended this agent to 3 friends selling their homes. They deserve an integrity and example to the industry award.

FacebookAntony David sold our last property for us and went above and beyond to ensure that after some difficult hurdles came up ( not relating to themselves ) we felt supported . Constant updates where given to us and they also helped in finding us our new pad , having listened to our family needs a property was due onto the market and we managed to be first in the door and managed to secure . They are always accommodating and helpful with friendly yet professional staff . Our agent in particular saun was on the ball at all times with the entire process, communication was excellent and he was honest throughout, very helpful .
