Google1st class service from the whole team at Anthony David & Co during the process of selling my property and buying a new home, I cannot recommend the team more highly if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was a nervous seller as it was the first time I had gone through the process of selling a property and the team were there to explain every step and their guidance and advice was invaluable. They also found myself and my partner the perfect home listening to our requirements and how we wanted to live in our new home and I am so excited to very soon be getting the keys to my new home.

FacebookCan’t recommend Anthony David & Co enough. Especially Bo, we found our dream family home, booked a viewing & the next day told Bo it was the home for us! From that moment on he made it happen. Not only did we buy our dream home through Anthony David & Co we also sold our house with them too. Very efficient & very approachable, hardworking & committed. There were def a few bumps along the way, like there always is with home buying but Bo definitely try to make it as stress free as possible. Thank You. Right from meeting them both, I knew that this local Estate Agent was the Agent for me. They got to know me and were extremely Professional and Friendly in their approach with realistic judgements making me as a Client feel special. Both Sean and Bo took time out, engaging and guiding me in such a Professional way!! GoogleOver 2 months into a purchase of a house through this company we were gazumped. Whilst not illegal it is still regarded as immoral and unethical by many professionals. Solicitors fees, searches, even selling furniture and putting things in storage ready to move 3 weeks before Christmas, they pulled out of the sale the week were we due to exchange. They lied about pulling the house off the market, obviously too embarrassed by their own behaviour. Have to give 1 star but would rather give 0. Very unprofessional behaviour Reply ; your reply contains more lies! You know exactly what property this refers to and I have no intention of continuing any conversation with you as your behavior has been so unprofessional there is nothing to resolve. I only hope clients read this and have a fair and accurate account of your failings to give a balanced view.NegativeProfessionalism

The whole team was helpful and well briefed so felt supported from start to finish. Sold mine and found me a lovely new home, and made the whole process as painless as possible. GoogleVery unprofessional. When we called the first time the lady on the phone just said can I call you later, without taking any details and of course never called back. I called the second time, this time with more success, they booked me an appointment and said they will confirm in an email who of his colleagues will come. The email never came. We went however to the appointment, of course no one came. When I called to ask what is going on they said the flat was with another agent, but did not bother to call us and let us know, so my parents and I were waiting in vain. I would not give even a star.

GoogleWe have dealt with most of the team at Anthony David and all have been so helpful. Our house selling/buying has been exceptionally complicated at times but AD and Co have supported us through that. They sold our house quickly when others failed, and found us a house before it went to market when another purchase had fallen through. Really would recommend and easy to see why those purples boards are just everywhere!

Google1st class experience with this Estate Agency whom also recommended a 1st class local solicitor for the purchase. From acceptance of offer to completion was 7 weeks.
