Highly recommend Bo and the team at Anthony David. It's been a long road to get my house to the point of being sold (no fault of Anthony David) and Bo has been excellent at persisting when I'm sure others would have given up! The team are friendly and their communication is excellent. I've been informed the whole way through the process and if I had any questions it was easy to drop an email and know that you would get a speedy reply. Bo was really informative about sale prices in my area and the team negotiated a good sale price for my house. They also found me my next property and helped to get us all across the finish line. We have just exchanged on the sale of our current house and the purchase of our next, both through Anthony David & Co. AD & Co were the agent selling our current house when we bought that 13 years ago and we had a great experience then, so it was an easy decision to come back to them when it came time to move. Bo has been our main contact throughout the process, but Olivia sold our house and we are really happy with how hard they both worked to get the sales done. Bo strikes a great balance of: Patience- we originally started looking back in October last year but decided it wasn’t the right time, he was happy to restart the process in March. Realistic expectation management- being clear on what can be done to speed things up vs what is simply out of our hands and helping to minimise the ups and downs and stresses of moving house. Communication- he was there to talk on the phone pretty much every time we needed him and always got back to us as soon as he could if he was unavailable at that time. Hard work- Havjng only bought in the past I didn’t have much appreciation of what an estate agent actually does in the sale of a property and was sceptical of the fees involved at the start of the process. But Bo clearly has put a lot of time into keeping the process moving and getting it completed in a timely fashion. Checking in regularly with the Solicitors and Agents in the chain and feeding back to us was a huge help. It is definitely not something I would have wanted to do myself if I’d gone with a cheap online agent. All in all we’re really happy we chose Anthony David & Co and can’t wait to move into our new home!

I would never ever use this agency the most horrible company. We made an offer for a house that was advertised for £325.000 but when i made an offer mr Bo his name said we have had an offer for 325 today if you want to make a better offer then 325 the house is yours. Anyway next day he said the person who made the offer now is pulled out so would you like to make another offer. I said no. So the house still for sale after one month because this agent wants to sell it for more then asking price shocking agent. I wouldn’t use them just be careful with them they play around with people to greedy.

We purchased our house through Anthony David which (completely unrelated to them) was a very rushed relocation in 2024 . They were great at communication, efficient, transparent and helped us enormously through every phase. Bo in particular was a pleasure to deal with and we felt that we could trust him implicitly. He perfectly presented the house to us at the first viewing and handed us the keys two months later. He answered any questions very plainly and made sensible suggestions and recommendations when asked. He remained calm, professional and friendly when I'm sure our tight timeframes did cause them challenges. We were treated like people and the seller with consideration and care. Something which made the move so much easier and less stressful. They supported both parties and succeeded in negotiating the sale and move under challenging circumstances. I highly recommend Anthony David and would not hesitate to call Bo should we require any assistance with property in the future.

Whereas Bo was very personable and enthusiastic while putting the house on the market we found that when it came to communication, even feedback after viewings it was delayed, even non existent unless we chased. Feel let down by general lack of communication from Aaron in particular where I expected far more professionalism and pro active marketing.
