GoogleI recently sold my property with Anthony & David and my experience was exceptional. I was dealt with by Bo, David and Olivia throughout my process their knowledge, communication, customer service and my overall experience was made clear and easy by them and I felt supported and listened to throughout. As this was my first time selling a property I was guided through and no question felt stupid. I wouldn’t hesitate to sell another property with them and look forward to hopefully using them again to buy in the future. After dealing with other local estate agencies these guys are a cut above the rest, they are honest and transparent and you feel valued throughout. I cannot recommend enough if you are selling or buying! Thank you very much to Bo and his team!

GoogleWe have used Anthony David & Co for two seperate property sales and one purchase. Going back to them for our second sale was a no brainer, as Bo went above and beyond on our first sale - reassuring us of our doubts and crucially delivering a higher sale price than we were expecting, which he then went on to repeat the second time. He clearly loves what he does, which makes all the difference. Bo and the rest of the team are always very easy to contact and extremely efficient dealing with queries or lending a hand with awkward solicitors. Our only complaint is that we won't be able to use them again now that we've moved out of the area! I highly recommend their services.

Google1st class service from the whole team at Anthony David & Co during the process of selling my property and buying a new home, I cannot recommend the team more highly if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was a nervous seller as it was the first time I had gone through the process of selling a property and the team were there to explain every step and their guidance and advice was invaluable. They also found myself and my partner the perfect home listening to our requirements and how we wanted to live in our new home and I am so excited to very soon be getting the keys to my new home.

From that moment on he made it happen. Not only did we buy our dream home through Anthony David & Co we also sold our house with them too. Very efficient & very approachable, hardworking & committed. GoogleOver 2 months into a purchase of a house through this company we were gazumped. Whilst not illegal it is still regarded as immoral and unethical by many professionals. Solicitors fees, searches, even selling furniture and putting things in storage ready to move 3 weeks before Christmas, they pulled out of the sale the week were we due to exchange. They lied about pulling the house off the market, obviously too embarrassed by their own behaviour. Have to give 1 star but would rather give 0. Very unprofessional behaviour Reply ; your reply contains more lies! You know exactly what property this refers to and I have no intention of continuing any conversation with you as your behavior has been so unprofessional there is nothing to resolve. I only hope clients read this and have a fair and accurate account of your failings to give a balanced view.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleVery unprofessional. When we called the first time the lady on the phone just said can I call you later, without taking any details and of course never called back. I called the second time, this time with more success, they booked me an appointment and said they will confirm in an email who of his colleagues will come. The email never came. We went however to the appointment, of course no one came. When I called to ask what is going on they said the flat was with another agent, but did not bother to call us and let us know, so my parents and I were waiting in vain. I would not give even a star.
