GoogleI would highly recommend Anthony David estate agents. They sold our property in 3 days, or should I say Bo sold it in 3 days and then he sold our buyers property in no time too. He was very pleasant and helpful to work with and he kept us updated on how things were progressing and we cant thank him enough. I would strongly recommend Anthony David estate agents and in particular Bo, who was wonderful and his local knowledge of the area and property values was so good. THANKS BO.

GoogleWe've just completed our property sale with Anthony David. We instructed them after being with another local agent for 5 months and and only getting 4 viewings - we sold within a week of being with Anthony David though unfortunately didn't quite get the sale price we were looking for. Sean dealt with our sale and was helpful, friendly and responds quickly to any queries. Anytime we called and he wasn't in the office someone else would know the details and help us out with our query. We just wish we'd gone with them from day one so we could have sold sooner! Would definitely recommend to anyone selling in the area.

In general the whole team were always quick to respond and happy to help. They also marketed my property very professionally, taking amazing photos, and securing viewings very quickly. GoogleDeserve ten stars, not five! Cannot say enough positive things about Anthony David Estate Agent. I dealt with Bo Sabol, who listened! I know!! My house sale could’ve been very stressful but his professional service made it completely stress free. Even little things like my request to only be contacted by email and not wanting feedback from viewings were observed and implemented. The intelligent, client focussed (my buyer was equally as happy with them) service means I’ve already recommended this agent to 3 friends selling their homes. They deserve an integrity and example to the industry award.

FacebookWe moved into our lovely new house 3 weeks ago which we bought through Anthony David who also sold our property as well! (Super quickly I might add in less than a week!) Thank you to Bo and the team for helping us with everything and always being available to assist when we needed help with anything. Would definitely recommend anyone else. FacebookAntony David sold our last property for us and went above and beyond to ensure that after some difficult hurdles came up ( not relating to themselves ) we felt supported . Constant updates where given to us and they also helped in finding us our new pad , having listened to our family needs a property was due onto the market and we managed to be first in the door and managed to secure . They are always accommodating and helpful with friendly yet professional staff . Our agent in particular saun was on the ball at all times with the entire process, communication was excellent and he was honest throughout, very helpful .
