They were very responsive, quick and effective in getting the deal done initially (Mark) and then when the sale started to drag along (because of an extended chain), Kate got involved and drove the whole thing to the finish line. It was a bit of a rollercoaster but we were delighted when it all came together. Would definitely use them again...

FacebookJust wanted to give Vicki Phelps in particular, (and also a mention to Victoria Wood as well for rushing her curried noodles to come out to see me!) a well deserved 5 stars for the time and sheer effort she's put into selling my home for me. She keeps me posted on things when she's not even at work, when she's in bed and it's 11pm at night, if she's dealing with her kids and probably even emails me while she's in the shower!!!! Absolutely full of personality, bubbly and a wonderful dedicated member of staff! I've also got to mention Victoria in this too, absolutely lovely lady who is so polite and friendly and goes out of her way to help and accommodate. Both an absolute credit to your company and I truly wouldn't recommend any other estate agent xx

GoogleWhatever you do, DO NOT use this letting agent to let out your property, they DO NOT care who they put into the properties they are managing. As long as the rent gets paid, they DO NOT care about how much the tenants plague the lives of other nearby residents and as long as the property looks good on inspection day they DO NOT care how badly it is treated the other 180 days of the tenancy. For example, following their inspection last week, one of the six kids that lives in the house has ripped off the guttering trying to climb onto the roof, they have been informed but they really aren't interested.
