I have never worked with such an unresponsive realtor before. A rental property caught mine and a friend's eye as a potential to move in to together, and so we both separately registered interest and requested a viewing on their website. A week goes by, and I decide to give the office a call - how did I figure out which office to call? Well, that was of course hidden in the property brochure and nowhere on their website.The person I spoke to said the tenants hadn't left yet, but the video tour will be up by the end of the week - leave your e-mail and we'll let you know ASAP. I do, they don't. Another week goes by, another phone call. Another wait, but at the end of this week the video tour is published - no notification is sent to me whatsoever. It should be noted that the video tour showed an unfitted kitchen and unfurnished apartment - not what was advertised on the website.I call the next working day, asking "is this property still available" despite my doubts - if their customer support was like this when they should be reeling me in, how will they be when I need assistance? No, of course the property is not available. They sold it last week. Before they had even published the video tour.Why then, publish the video?tl;dr, after a month of back and forth trying to get any sort of clue, turns out they sold the property without telling me or anyone.I still haven't had a single e-mail!

GoogleFrom the outset the team at RWW Battle provided us with excellent service through what turned out be a challenging process. I really don’t know how we would have sold our house and therefore bought a new one, without their skill, calmness and professionalism. At every stage the team was able responded to our questions and concerns, with knowledge and understanding. When needed they were able move really fast, and were key in reassuring a twitchy developer to support our purchase as well. I recommend you choose these guys, the market is complex and you need someone like this on your side.

GoogleThe Battle Office of Rush Witt Wilson are undoubtedly the most hardworking and dedicated team of estate agents it is possible to meet. From the outset, David the office lead and all of his team treated us with respect, courtesy and kindness. We were treated as individuals and what became a very long drawn out process, due to buyers withdrawing, was dealt with efficiently and without fuss. Hattie, Tim, Kate and Emma make up the team and are a credit to their employers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was thinking of buying and/or selling.
