Highly recommend these guys to all of my family and friends. The lettings department at Your Move in Nuneaton are by far the best in the town. I’m a landlord with a few properties and I’ve used this company for years and years and would never go anywhere else! Jo and Charlotte are so extremely professional, friendly and always find good tenants that look after my properties and pay rent always on time. Keep up the excellent work!!!

My experience with Your Move in Nuneaton started a few weeks ago when we decided to sell our home. Fortunately, we were taken care of by great people and especially Katie H., who was very helpful in the successful transaction. Katie H. has always been helpful, kind and, despite my language problems, very patient. We were kept up to date on the course of the transaction, this woman is amazing. It was a pleasure to work with Katie. Katie showed her professionalism in this area. She closed it all down to the last button. Thank you very much once again. Your Move were the estate agents employed by the sellers when I purchased my house this week, and I have to say without Charlotte and her team's hard work, superb communication and steering everyone through the process, it probably wouldn't have happened (there were some legal hurdles!). Well done and thanks Charlotte, Katie and team. Even though I wasn't the client (the seller was), once the selling/negotiation was over, it felt like a wider team working together to get the right result for everyone. Recommended.

Charlotte and the team from YourMove Nuneaton were great during the sale of my two properties. They were always were helpful and even when I had some breakdowns (Solicitors related) Charlotte could always find a way to help and put the sale back on the track. I am sure that Charlotte did much more than the Solicitors and she has a big knowledge and experience. Charlotte also always provided a lot of support and updates. This is what you need when you want to buy or sell the property!

From the time last December I placed our property with Your Move I found their service and professional handling of the sale very good. Nathan visited and valued the property he explained the full process even bringing documents to me as unable to visit their office due to Lockdown. Once on the market and viewing started to happen all accompanied as house was unoccupied. I was kept up to date regularly by Charlotte Brown (Manager) Charlotte advised me to load the app MIO which tracked the selling process. 5 stars all round - I requested a viewing online and within 24 hours received a phone call to book a viewing, we were lucky enough to get a booking scheduled for the same week. Nathan attended our property for a Valuation and was incredibly polite, helpful and professional. He gave me some advice on work we are planning to do and other factors to consider when carrying out refurbishments and planning to sell. Very helpful and great service, thank you!

They couldn't care less about letting our property. Our tenants have found us themselves and when turned up in Your Move to start the paperwork they were rebuffed and told that our property isn't for them. No viewings were arranged through Your Move Nuneaton. Then the final paper work took ages to get sorted. I'm disappointed and regret that we used this agency. Luckily, they aren't the only ones on the market.

DO NOT ALLOW VIBRANT TO DO YOUR ENTRY/EXIT VENTERY. THE EXIT ONE, THEY ADMIT WAS 'POOR', BUT STILL EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR IT. Terrible service, do not use them they let you down. They have let out my home to a tenants who have caused thousands of pounds worth of damage. They were supposed to do regular checks and did not. The check out report failed to identify enormous damages and when I contacted them they ignored my calls and refused to take ownership. I left a negative review in another website and the manager, Charlotte called me for the first time (after multiple requests in the past for her to do so which she ignored) only to scream at me down the phone and accuse me of making false allegations!! How unprofessional!! I am still out of thousands of pounds but apparently its not her fault ( well I think it is as shes the store manager and the policy is to complain to the store manager!!
