My interactions with Joanne Cullen, the Lettings Manager at the Nuneaton Branch started then. Jo was very professional, patient and courteous through out my interactions with her. She took the time to answer my queries professionally and with patience. Finally, when we did complete the purchase, Jo set and managed my expectations as promised and got the job done of finding me a tenant quickly. They are all settled in now into the property. Everyone I spoke with at the Nuneaton branch have been professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Your Move Nuneaton to anyone selling their property. They were absolutely brilliant in dealing with the sale of my mum's flat. Having tried to sell the property through another local agent previously, I wasn't expecting much. The experience with Your Move, however, was totally different. Charlotte at YourMove has been fantastic, and has made what was at times an extremely stressful process as easy as it could be. We got more updates from YourMove and Charlotte than we did our own solicitor, which considering we are the buyer is amazing! The effort that she went to to power through the jargon and 3rd party processes to get the job done was commendable, and while we don't plan on moving in the near future we would definitely use them!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the service and professionalism I received from the YourMove team. In particular with Liam who I was directly dealing with. Long story short my property had been on the market with another local agent who had been letting me down time after time and I had decided enough is enough. I contacted the YourMove team and straight away was greeted by the agent Liam (his expertise and manners are second to none) who assured me that he could get what I wanted for it with fresh and up to date marketing. He kept me in the loop the whole journey, and true to his word, within a few weeks he did it. Cannot recommend these guys enough, especially with Liam the agent. Very happy customer. Thanks guys

Having just been through the process of selling a house for the first time (on behalf of my grandparents), I can honestly say that Your Move in Nuneaton have been amazing and have made the process as straightforward as possible. Charlotte and Katie have been able to offer advice and information based upon their experience and have been supportive at every stage. The customer service is top class, I have had a phone call every single week, sometimes multiple calls, to keep me informed, even if it was just to say that there was no news, but keeping in touch has been very reassuring. I had the opportunity to switch to a cheaper agent after our first buyer pulled out, but I can honestly say that I was so happy with the service this branch provides, that I would not have considered switching to save money. Very happy 😀

I have had 2 very pleasing experiences with Your Move Coventry & Nuneaton. Firstly we had my Father-in-Laws house valued by Tom. Very well presented, friendly and knowledgeable. Biggest thing for me was that he was down to earth and explained things to me on my level. Tom also helped me and my partner compare mortgages rates for our first house purchase and explained things thoroughly which was vital as we felt like we were in a minefield to begin with. A lovely lady called Beth showed us around some house viewings as well, very friendly and answered all our questions (no matter how simple they were). The Your Move team have been brilliant to us and really made us feel at home, while looking for our first home.
