GoogleThe service that was provided by Charlotte and the team when selling our home was brilliant!! They were very Friendly and extremely helpful. Any queries we had were always dealt with in a timely manner. Charlotte went above and beyond and would recommend your move to anyone!

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Got a photographer here quickly and arranged viewings on same day of could. Kept well informed. Charlotte and her team are amazing if it wasn’t for them our completion would have been a longer process. Can’t thank them enough.

GoogleFirst meeting the agents a year ago right before the tenancy, staff upon entry were rude, offered no warm welcome & often felt like they didn’t want to even be there. Rushing the process. Communication prior to and post tenancy was poor, snotty and arrogant. Towards the end of tenancy they only cared that money transactions went through, with little communication on process or expectations. Upon calling regarding key drop off and discussing release of deposit the agent began laughing at us for not understand the process and asking for clarification. Completely unprofessional. All in all 1 star. The staff at the Nuneaton branch and other departments we’d dealt with came off as unsatisfied with their jobs, showing they couldn’t be bothered working the role they’re in. TL;DR Moody, arrogant, bored, unsatisfied & unprofessional staff
Good Morning I am sorry you have felt that the service from ourselves wasn't satisfactory, I have spoken to the lettings team and they have advised that they have spoken and dealt with in length the other occupier who has confirmed they have had no issues with us or any of the services we have provided. I do understanding the frustrations that lie when you have to leave a property but please remember we don't as agents make the decision on the contractual obligations that both tenants and landlords have when leaving, this isn't something as agents we have control over. If you would like to email me directly as I would be more than happy to look into your dissatisfaction and come back you with a reponse as I haven't been made aware of anything from yourself until this review.
