GoogleWell it’s no secret I worked for Your Move for 10plus years, but having been in agency for 33 years, I’ve seen good and bad service. Your move sold my house in august a notoriously quiet time. They achieved asking price. They then helped progress the sale in a 9 week period, which is a quick process in this “new normal” Now marketing is important and your move are exceptional at reaching buyers. But the hardwork starts when you sell, again you cant rely on solicitors, so you need an agent that is proactive in chasing sales through. Corporate agents do this better than independent, so in Nuneaton it’s just your move. Charlotte and her team have decades of experience. Yes you pay more but you get more. GoogleI have recently gone through the process of renting a house through Your Move Nuneaton. Matt Giles has been my point of contact since day 1. When we were shown around the house, he was very knowledgeable and funny and made us feel really comfortable so we could ask him any questions. Compared to other house viewings I had, this was a great experience and definitely persuaded me to go ahead with the house. After the viewing, he has been in constant contact whenever I call him or email him, he is always flexible and answers my queries right away. The whole process of moving house is difficult yet alone when you are moving to a different city. But Matt has made it so easy for us and I cannot thank him enough for his help and going above and beyond.

GoogleHad a horrible experience renting through this estate agent. Everything was ok until they lied to my face. I had 2 months left of my contract, but due to change of circumstances I asked if I could vacate the property a month in advance. They said that's not possible (a lie - after checking the contract one month's notice is sufficient) . After checking the terms I decided to talk to them again, expecting this is obviously a misunderstanding, they then stated that the 30 day notice period has been breached i.e. I didn't send them a written notice (fair enough), but I expected they would not lie to me in the first place about the terms of my contract. So in essence - lying to their customers , cheating me out of my deposit - wouldn't recommend this letting agent to anyone. Can't comment on their sales or other departments.

Google**100% Outstanding Service Received - Very Satisfied** We had to choose Your Move Nuneaton for our House to go on the market with them, we called around to different companies in Nuneaton and none were as good as Your Move, Nathan is a great asset to the company, He knows his Market Information backed with evidences that you can keep, it was his passion and enthusiasm that made us go with Your Move, He told us about the whole process of house moving and really eased the process for us. The Staff at the Nuneaton office are so Helpful, The service that they provide is impeccable, I had a phone call from Charlotte (Manager), who explained her role and what she will do for me and the staff really relaxed and made things a lot easy with the house moving process. On this note I would like to Thank Sophie Allsopp, as her contributions to the process of selling my house was brilliant, would always give me a call to update me with new information and she would go out of her way that no other estate agents would consider doing, from chasing and notifying me of the updates. Charlotte Brown reassured and dealt with all my queries and questions that I had and after each phone call I was happy that everything was going through. I have spoken to many people at the Nuneaton Office, Such as Karen, Charlotte Brown, Sophie Allsopp and they are all very proactive I am happy that I Chose Your Move Nuneaton to sell my house, as they are Efficient, Proactive, Resourceful and Very Helpful. Their Timekeeping is on point, any update they they provide they would notify you straight away and never delay, We were recommended by the MIO app and that was resourceful, as you can speak to them through the app, as well as the sections on the app was good. 100% would recommend Your Move to anyone who wishes to sell a house as well as purchasing. GoogleCharlotte was absolutely amazing! I experienced some issues with my purchase, so it had dragged on for several months but Charlotte kept updating me and chasing the solicitors for updates. She was accessible and approachable throughout my interactions with her. She did a smashing job.
