GoogleZERO stars. WASTE OF TIME. There are more that 20 houses for rent in Website but when you call or emailed them there is nothing available. We spent one month with the Staperfold office and nothing they really don't care. We wanted to move from London to Nottingham (Staperfold) and we were really in stress because we had one month to move and to find school for our daughter and we went for one week every day to office and we fill forms and forms and forms and documents every day and we both have jobs we have a guarantor and we saw some houses but I think there is nothing . You have to emailed them and call them for answers they just say unfortunately the landlord didn't give you the house. Better with the small agencies there are more helpful

Unprofessional and useless! I am part of a chain where Robert Ellis have two properties in the chain. Being ‘handled’ by Beth @ Stapleford branch. Failed to be proactive in sales progression. Two months with no progression whatsoever with one of their clients, causing severe delay to all in the chain. Refusing to liaise with agents, and failing to professionally coordinate with everyone in the chain to progress the chain. Presented total 4 completion dates over 4 weeks. Not delivered on all 4. Causing significant inconvenience and financial implications to all in the chain. Not proactive or on the ball on days where exchanges have been planned. Three exchange attempts made from bottom of the chain. All have failed to progress past the properties being ‘managed’ by Beth. Complaint has been presented to the Property Ombudsman by two of us in the chain. Agents and brokers words regarding Robert Ellis Estate Agents - useless beyond anything seen before!
