GoogleThey are incredibly helpful and so easy to get in contact with, workers are lovely and always happy to help. They're in constant contact with the landlord which is great so there's always back and forth feedback given.

GoogleHad lots of help from Danielle who kindly went to the apartment and filmed everything for me when I was injured and unable to get there myself for an in person viewing, and then she guided me through the entire tenancy so that it was a completely smooth process! Very happy :)

We were initially shown around by a lovely, enthusiastic gentleman (I believe his name was Toby) who assured us that Nicolas Humphreys was a reliable letting agent- This was important to use because we had been messed around in the past by other student letting agents. When we encounter problems, Nicolas Humphreys have always got back to us and assigned workmen when needed.
