GoogleI had a really good experience with Nicholas Humphreys Agency. The real estate agent I was in contact with was very nice and pleasant, they promptly replied to all my questions and helped me through the booking procedure. I am a non-British student and everything was completely new to me, so they helped me a lot. I strongly recommend NH Agency!

GoogleCurrently in the process of signing for a student property, I was shown around a couple of properties by James, who was extremely helpful, answering all the questions I had about the houses and the next steps with reserving the house and starting the paperwork, the service I’ve recieved has been excellent and I’d highly recommend them

GoogleDavid P from Nicholas Humphreys has been great. We have used NH right from identifying a B2L property in Notts to full management of the property. Very transparent process and regular updates on repairs, rent etc. Highly recommended.

GoogleWill from Nicholas Humphreys looked after us well during our tenancy in a student let in Lenton, resolving any (rare) issues promptly. We had an issue at the end with Tenancy Deposit Scheme at the end which was a shame but all was good otherwise!
