GoogleBoyfriend dealt with this company. Never ever again. Unprofessional liars. Do not trust. The owners are a pair of chumps, and fhe staff they employ arent much better.

GoogleOverly disappointing... would give no stars if I could!! All they want is a way of extort your money in every way. Ridiculous amount of application fees and non refundable, even if is they don't meet their part in the contract. Disgust by the staff attitude. Senior member of staff is unreasonable and rude!!! Worse customers service ever. Please AVOID this company.

I have had a lot of trouble with other Nottingham agencies in the past (i.e. people not showing up to viewings, not replying to e-mails etc.) but this was not the case with Martin & Co. Jay helped me purchase my first house and was very quick at addressing any questions that I had.

GoogleRude agents, menacing me on the phone. One agent pushed me outside when I had a regular appointment. The came to the flat for a viewing without notice. Who doe they think they are? Should be banned from the list of letting agencies.

GoogleIm a night shift worker. Got woken up by Courtney at 10am after sleeping for 3 hours. Super nice guy, very talkative (probably too much for my level of awakeness, but all good). I will definitely let him in again next flat visit.

GoogleCompletely unsatisfactory letting agents to deal with. Only interested in exploiting you for as much money as possible. Impolite in communications and difficult to have reasonable conversations with. Would not recommend at all.

GoogleI have rented a property with Martin and Co Nottingham for 3 years and have found them to be the best letting agent I have ever dealt with. They are friendly, efficient and always happy to help, my landlady is based abroad and they were exceptional in making sure any issues were handled quickly. Would absolutely reccomend.

GoogleIf it comes to application process, contract signing and overall communication really impressive. Just signed contract for renting a flat and although it's a process that takes time it was done very well and I could count on help and guidance at every stage.

- Managing Director (Rebecca) is very rude and unprofessional.- Prepare to clean property upon arrival.- Do not expect your deposit back (don’t bother cleaning for move out, your deposit will be claimed anyways anyways at all cost). They earned this one star because there is no option of zero.

GoogleUnprofessional, rude, useless. They lie to you every time. We had to go at the office to "threat" them to send an email that we did ask for days and days. They hang up on you at the phone when you just call them for explanations regarding jobs requested that they haven't sorted yet. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

GoogleBooked a viewing, person never turned up. I rang up, and the woman told me she would try and contact the person who was showing me around. She never rang me back. In the end had to walk away after 30 minutes of stood outside. Woman eventually rang me and never apologised just said okay bye.

Googleuseless - poor service slow ,they don't seem to know whats going on. should have read the reviews before hand. they charge extortionate fees that dont reflect customer service and cant even get basic paperwork sorted even when given a months notice . no chance of moving in on time. they need to get there act sorted.

GoogleWhen you move in, they give you inventory doc and you check all points, was seems good,and after you move out, they put like everything is broken, not working or it's smelling of cooking even if not. Don't recommend this agency at all. Stay away !!!NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleAbsolute Garbage. I would rather be homeless than deal with them again. If anything breaks in the flat, its always your fault an they threaten to charge you for it. Flat inspectors just show up without any notice and when you tell them you can't nicely, they started being disrespectful towards you. AVOID AT ANY COST

GoogleAwful company, not impressed! We were treated badly and left for a month without a washing machine, had a broken boiler and other electrical problems with staff often ignoring our emails. The staff were rude and often didn't take our queries seriously - we may have been students but respect should still be shown.
