FacebookIt takes months of emails for anything to get repaired and, when finally completed, the work is extremely poor. No heating last winter, no hot water for over a week, broken oven for over a month. New boiler leaked gas which led to having to call an emergency gas man out. Would not recommend!

GoogleMartin & co Nottingham have been fabulous. I've used them as a letting agent and estate Agent over the last 10 years and they have been professional and helpful at all times. Ian Chambers especially has always been on hand and having him to help has been marvellous.

GoogleThe worst letting agent I deal with. They had a very bad services and late response. I stayed in my flat with no hot water for a month. They refused to make periodic contract. They tried to take the whole deposit for unrealistic reasons.

GoogleI don't know why there are so many low stars because this agent are brilliant they helped me find a home and got me moved in really quick and I got my deposit back in full. I would definitely recommend them again! Thank you all the team.

Hi Kate, We're really sorry to hear of your above comments. Our records indicate, however, that you were unfortunately delayed in getting to your scheduled viewing with us. After waiting for around 10 minutes and trying to call you several times our negotiator moved on to her next appointment. Once you made contact with us (after your appointment time) she returned for you but had to wait again for you to arrive. With the aim of being helpful a short viewing was completed but she was unable to give you the usual allotted time inside the property and I trust this explains why. GoogleDreadful. We booked a second viewing of a house, thinking us showing interest would be incentive for them to like us, then were left standing outside in the freezing cold for half an hour because the house had been sold and nobody had bothered to tell us.

GoogleTotally inept and inconsiderate with dire customer service. I drove 2.5 hours to come to a viewing and was told 15 mins before the viewing time that they had let it the day before I arranged the viewing!!!!!! Avoid at all costs.

GoogleUtterly disgraceful agent. Shocking customer service, rude, un-helpful and constant ploy to take money. Left the apartment in a much better condition to how we arrived, yet being charged hundreds. I will never use any Martin and Co agent again.
