Abbie has been my property manager for around 6 months now and I cannot think of any criticism. Her work ethic is unquestionable, if anybody was to go the extra mile it would be Abbie. She always gets the job done and done to the highest expectations. Her timekeeping is phenomenal; you will never catch her being late or leaving early. If there's anybody I can rely on its Abbie. Overall her commitment and attitude to give 110% is unmatched.

GoogleTheo picked up the enquiry about properties for a mix of students and professionals, quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant, courteous and willing. He and others in the team, managed to get the rental sorted and so far, things are going ok. I will give 5 stars to Leaders, if their 'after sales' service is as good as it needs to be. There's an issue with a leak, so hopefully the property management side will shine too.

GoogleUnorganised, unreliable, lack communication skills and very unprofessional. They give flimsy excuses after you have paid your rent and waiting on them to give you keys. E.g they will say they are waiting on landlord to sign paperwork or waiting for cleaners to clean the property. Worse letting agency in Nottingham. Better read your tenancy agreement because they will include clause in it. I’m soooooooooooooooooo disappointed in them.

GoogleUnfortunately l have not had a great experience with leaders from the beginning till now. I only got property through because l really needed a place to stay. They take ages to respond to your query, you must keep chasing them and even then things don’t get solved most of the time. I’m always dreading having to ask them to resolve anything for me. For that l wouldn’t recommend them
