I am not a tenant or landlord, but a neighbour of a property let by John Shepherd. There was an issue with a piece of broken furniture in which could be heard in my property, creating an awful consistent noise. This had been a long standing issue in which the previous lettings agent did not consider part of their remit, and were quite unhelpful. When I heard the property was now managed by John Shepherd, I called and spoke to Caitlin, Property Manager. She was extremely helpful, sorted the issue within a week and kept in contact with me throughout. It is rare that we give positive feedback and I believe we are all judged on how things are managed when things go wrong, which is why I am leaving this review.
