FacebookStop lying to customers... We didn't say before we are looking for a property close to University. During the meeting with agent in one property my fiance said that distance to university is perfect. Agent said that they were looking for something close to uni just for us... Useless words changed my point of view about this agency. Next thing is begging for a review. I was shocked when agent wanted to share internet with me just to put good review with his name... I would be ashamed to show someone property in condition like this... I have never seen mess like this and "new shower" full of fungus. The last disappointing thing is deleting reviews uncomfortable for the company. Bad reviews should be a signal that something doesn't work properly and there is something to work on. Would be nice to try work on it. Not hide from people.

GoogleWorst Experience I booked a house for rent 46 Khelam drive. I initiated the process on Oct 3rd , paid the holding deposit and referencing (Employer, self process)also completed. Yesterday(18th Oct) I received a surprise call from the negotiator/Dinesh who said our application has fell through because the landlord decided to take the property off the market due to personal circumstances and forced us take take some other property where we havent agreed for it We have trying to reach him and his manger since yesterday but no luck.

GoogleAbsolutely appalled at the lack of service Haart provides. They don't answer the phone, or respond to emails. They sent us the welcome letter 2 months after we moved in. We had to call them 4 times, file a report and still the damage didn't get fixed until I was able to contact the landlord directly. The only time we ever get any solid communication from them is when they want something from us! A dreadful company, don't rent from here!

GoogleIncredible communication from Nathan. He answer emails very quickly, got answers for us whenever we needed them and really went over and above the level of service I’d have expected. I’d certainly use Haart again. I would have left a 5 star review but the first viewing that we attended was hosted by a lady who could certainly improve. She didn’t know basic information about the property including price, number of bedrooms and even if the garden had turf. She also rushed us around the viewing, closing doors behind us before we’d even finished saying she was in a rush. But still, the level of service from the people in the office is great, don’t be deterred.

GoogleCould not have been happier with the service at Haart Nottingham, they found me a buyer for my property, at a good price,in a matter of days. Everyone involved has been professional, reliable, and friendly throughout the process. Nathan in particular has worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track, chasing up the various parties, for updates etc, and providing regular communication on progress. Whilst there are certainly cheaper agents around, I believe that any additional cost has been worth every penny, and I have no hesitation in recommending Haart Nottingham to anyone

GoogleSean was really helpful throughout the process of renting a property and explained everything in great detail and was always willing to make sure I got what I was looking for. The Haart staff team are also very helpful to help out when you call in and try their best to assist you with anything which shows that they really care for the customers!

FacebookEstate agent never bothered to turn up to the viewing or notify us that the flat had already gone. After waiting for at least 15 minutes we called the estate agent only to find out that the flat had already been let out! Another person who was supposed to have a viewing before us had been waiting for 45 minutes in the cold rain. A complete waste of time, I have better things to do than stand around in the cold and the rain. A normal person with any manners would've given us a call or at least written us an email. Now that I've seen the other reviews I am relieved we didn't deal with this company any further

GoogleI was looking for a specific house in particular areas. I dealt with 5-6 agencies? And I need to say that Nathan from Haart was the best by a mile from everyone else. Although I never met him, we only dealt on the phone, Nathan asked all the right questions and made sure he isn't bombarding me with emails of the properties which didn't match my criterias in the first place (like every other agency did). Additionally Nathan contacted me every time they had an property coming up (not advertised yet) which potentially could be my dream home. He then arranged and planned bookings at a very convenient time and date for me, unlike other agencies, which for example, booked me for 2viewings at the same time and day..or booked one viewing after another, however due to agent being late to the first one I was late to 2nd one (not mentioned that it was impossible to get from one place to another in 15mins anyway...) I've already found my house and fingers crossed all goes well. If you are looking for any property, I highly recommend Haart Agency, and Nathan himself to assist you in this journey. Thank you Haart and Nathan very much! It was a pleasure to work with you.

GoogleDespite a very tricky and "back and fourth" house move Haart made extra efforts to ensure a less stressful transaction, Cassie worked tirelessly with my solicitors and our seller and communicated everything timely by telephone, email and even went the extra mile to accommodate things way outside of her remit which I am entirely grateful for. GoogleI came to Haart after a very poor and negative experience with another company. My expectations weren't high, however Nathan (the agent who helped me) was great and I was very presently surprised by the accuracy of the information I was given and the level of professionalism and the promptness of reply to queries I had. I would recommend Haart for anyone looking to purchase a property due to the obvious care and pride that the staff take in their work. I would also like to mention lady who showed us around the property (I believe it was Caroline, not 100% sure), she too clearly enjoyed what she did and even gave me a few ideas of where to put things if/when I moved in! I have had several queries throughout the purchase of my house and Cassie has always been extremely prompt in contacting the vendor and solicitors and getting back to me straight away. GoogleI called to ask for details of a property for sale, I wanted the price only . I was told that I have to register before any details can be given out . I find this absolute rubbish, why on earth should I or anyone have to give out personal information just to obtain the price of a property.The only reason I can assume is so that they can bombard you with e.mails and phone calls to pursue a sale.....no thanks.

The staff were very helpful, responsive and dedicated throughout the process. I would like to specifically mention Sale Executor Mr Nathan Michael Binfield for his efficiency and dedication. He was very quick to respond to my queries and to chase the raised issues up with both sides. He kept me updated all the time and passed on my updates and queries to the relevant parties quickly. I would also like to mention Ms Cassie Walker the Senior Negotiator for her efficiency and hard work. She was always accessible and responsive and very committed to resolve the issues. I would also like to praise the team for their good knowledge of the potential investors and network of potential buyers. I highly recommend their services.

Emma Collishaw proved to be she both reassuring and resourceful in resolving every issue which occurred during the purchase process.She was in every way a credit to her company. Her response to problems could be summed up by the words "don't worry, leave it to me" and the issue was resolved. A major crisis occurred on the day of moving in and to my huge relief the problem was resolved by Emma. Well done Haarts! Well done Emma!
