From the start of the process of me putting in an offer to now being 2 days away from completion (fingers crossed) he has gone above and beyond liaising with my solicitors to try and resolve problems which probably isn't his job and kept me in the loop at every stage, day and night - even out of hours! Thanks to his initial support i now have a good relationship with my solicitors which did get off to a rocky start.
