PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENT A Truly Disappointing Experience with haart Nottingham. I am thoroughly disappointed with Haart Estate Agents in Nottingham. Their service has been nothing short of abysmal. They are rude, time-wasting, and utterly ineffective at selling houses. Despite their promises, they failed to sell my house, instead making up fake buyers who were supposedly interested. Every time I challenged them on this, they scrambled for excuses. Every time we called, they ignored us and said, "We will find out and someone will call you back," which never happened. They would just hang up on us. There's a guy named Nethan who acts like he's a very important person, but he's nothing more than an unprofessional and rude individual. To make matters worse, the manager is incredibly rude and ignorant, showing no consideration for people's needs. The staff are not just unhelpful but downright rude and aggressive. They held my home for years with the pretense that someone was interested, but it was all a sham. This branch is a complete waste of time and resources. I assure everyone that they are not the people who can sell your house. Please, everyone, avoid doing business with them. They deserve zero stars. This branch must be shut down immediately to prevent others from enduring the same frustration and disappointment.

Sent numerous emails and had no response. Quick to take overpaid rent and not tell you then won't compensate or reimburse when you highlight it. I also sent my notice to move out and had to contact from Haart. In the end I called my landlord directly 2 weeks later and he was furious as the agency hadn't even told him. Very disappointed and unprofessional service. I would avoid at all costs.
