This is my very first time as a tenant trying to find a home for me and my son, as you can imagine I didn't have a clue what I was doing when it came to the referencing aspect of it all. Jamie had made this transistion more easy for me and was very helpful indeed. Any questions and enquires I had he explained it clearly to me and responded very quickly. I would highly recommend Haart lettings to anyone who is thinking of renting a house for the very first time. Thanks Jamie

Last day of my contract with haart, and never been so happy to end a contract! Let me tell you why! First day we came to see the house, everything beautiful only thing was really dirty, but the guy said that before we had moved in they "will clean all the house professionally!"... They never did that .. the house was disgusting, dog hair even inside the refrigerator where the food is... I thought you know what? Is fine I will clean all the house properly that's not a problem! After a day that I was in the house, I realized that the boiler wasn't working (no hot water) due to water leakage the pressure went down! I rang Emily (house manager) she says they will send someone to fix it, but if it was just the pressure I have to pay for it (😂funny isn't it?) . After two days with no hot water The guy came to explain me how to deal with the leakage, but still never fixed it! Hey now I know how to fix the pressure on a boiler, I do it everyday😉! May 15 I've noticed water leakage from under the parquet. Signalled the issue,website and phonecalls. Never had a reply from them! I can't use water in the kitchen sink and either the dishwasher. The issue is still there, but way bigger now! Parquet is ruined but apparently they don't really care. I would never ever leave my house in your hands. I suggest to do your job properly because People put all they're investment in they're houses and that's disrespectful for all the investors that put they're houses in your hands. This is jus a part of the bad adventure I had with them. If you want to know the rest feel free to contact me I have proof of everything I said and everything that still need to be said.

Extremely professional team at Haart Lettings. I have been dealing with Sean for a while now and I must add he is an absolute gentleman for appreciating my personal circumstances and offering me custom viewings and being responsive to my queries. His colleague Dinesh is most polite and gave me full attention when I attended a viewing recently with him. Suffice to say when I look for more properties I will certainly ensure Haart Lettings are given priority, especially because of their rational approach, unlike some of the others who have a "computer says no" attitude towards tenants of different employment statuses.

Having posted a review about HAART Lettings Nottingham a week ago (still attached at bottom) giving them 5 stars It seems the honeymoon is over and I now feel the need to reserve my judgement for now and reduce their rating to 1 star (if zero was an option I would chose it). After what seemed like an amazing start I am now questioning the ethics of HAART Lettings Nottingham. It appears that some of the old stereotypes of unethical and dishonest sales practices in Lettings and Estate Agents might still be true. My concerns are currently being dealt with by Jamie Parker the branch manager. I will hold giving my full review (with our correspondence attached) until I see how he proposes to resolve the issue. However until then: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE CHARGES YOU ARE QUOTED AND CHECK EVERY WORD OF YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING. ETHICS ARE NOT THIS AGENCIES STRONG POINT. ALSO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT EVERY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE AND KEEP ALL CORRESPONDENCE AS YOU MIGHT NEED TO PROVE YOU ARE NOT LYING AT A LATER DATE. I have recently re engaged HAART Property Services to manage my let. Since then I have had a excellent customer service from Dominic. He has replied to every email promptly and solved any issues I have had. He has given me his personal attention and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Dominic.

Our landlord ended his contract with Haart and communicated with all the tenants on the property how to make rent payments moving forward. Soon after doing this, we started to get email from Haart about our rent arrears. I responded and shared with them communications from our landlord and our receipts, not once did they respond to me but decided to now send mails to the property that our rents are in arrears. I reached out again to Haart about this and no one responded, I even CC’d my landlord in these emails. Now just last week, Haart sent over our contact information to a specific claims department. I forwarded it to my landlord, he emailed Haart and after a few days he got a response from someone else to say, they have removed the feature of chasing arrears with us. Interestingly, all the other tenants on the property were not getting these emails or mails (there are 3 flats on the building) It was very distasteful and unprofessional by this company. They do not respond to emails that is for sure and need a lot of work regarding customer service! We felt as if we were being harassed all because someone was not doing their work and the mere fact that absolutely no one would look into our emails to see if we were making sense or if we had a point was totally not acceptable. I can also mention when we made a complain in April this year about a leak that was coming from the other flat upstairs leaking into our bedroom. My wife had to visit Haart the following month because of course, they do not respond to emails! Very poor from the operational team, it’s a real pity I couldn’t give you zero stars! But I do hope you improve on this, but as for us, we won’t go where Haart is!

Despite having issues with communication and a few other issues at the beginning which caused a lot of stress, as soon as Amy Dawkins began contacting us instead of who we were first in contact with, the process was a lot quicker and a lot less stressful. Beforehand, we frequently called and was told we would be called back which didn’t happen multiple times however everything we spoke to Amy about was solved very quickly and the communication was great! Also she was very polite, friendly and helpful and if wour whole moving in process began with Amy we would have given 5 stars but the beginning was very stressful.

Firstly, I must admit, I can be a difficult customer. I have no time for waffle or incompetence. For this reason, I chose to have Haart Nottingham sell my house. I first met Chris Banting when he came to value some flats I refurbished and within 5 seconds I could tell that he was the man for me. Estate Agents get a bad rap and I understand why but Chris at Haart is the real deal. The Monday following our Open House I received somewhere between 12 and 14 offers, mostly way above asking price. I took a cash offer and dealt with Nathan and Chris who progressed the deal with me. Although I did a lot of chasing and was very involved, probably due to my lack of patience, I was impressed by both Chris's and Nathan's competence. It's always going to be a bit tricky selling any property but whatever the property in Nottingham, I know who I'm using - regardless of what company Chris is working for at the time. A Very happy customer - would 110% recommend.

Great letting agents. A special thank you to Amy Dawkins yet again she has been a god send to me. I have a young baby and have had a few financial hardship problems and Amy has always helped me and been soo understanding in getting my rent paid. She deserves more than just a pay raise and recognition Amy truly is amazing and i always feel i can talk to her about anything. She treats people like human beings with feeling and not just tenants.
