GoogleHaart's we’re on top of everything and their communication was very timely, especially from Cassie Walker, she was great throughout and Chris Banting was right that Haart’s would find a buyer quickly and at the right price. I have no problem using them to sell houses in future and whole heartedly recommend them.

GoogleAs a solicitor it is often difficult to communicate with a large chain and delays are often experienced as a result. Just before Christmas I was able to complete on a sale and purchase on behalf of my client which would not have been possible without the help of Nathan Binfield. The Agent and Solicitors at the bottom of the chain were extremely unhelpful and unresponsive and changed the completion date multiple times and caused unnecessary delays which nearly caused the chain to collapse. Thank you Nathan on behalf of myself and my client for your assistance in getting this matter over the line. You were professional throughout and always responded to emails in a timely matter. GoogleI have recently purchased a house through Haart estate agents and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. My purchase became complicated due to a very poor solicitor (mine) not pulling their weight and being unresponsive. Emma Colishaw stepped in and we formed a decent team to tackle the problems head on at every hurdle. Emma demonstrated how to handle a tough situation with good humour and dedication. I am of the opinion that if I was unlucky enough to have bought a house through a different estate agents I might still be waiting for completion. Thanks Emma, you are a star!

GoogleI highly recommend Haart if you’re looking to sell your house. I put two properties on the market and got offers above asking price on both properties within a week. Nathan and the whole team responded quickly, kept me in the loop and managed the process quickly. We also had some changes we wanted made to the listing, which they did quickly. Thanks very much!

GoogleJust completed the sale of my late step Mum's flat in West Bridgeford. It should have been a straightforward sale but turned into a nightmare thanks largely to incompetent solicitors. It only got through because of the tireless determination and professionalism of Emma at the Haart's Nottingham office. She chased solicitors and advisors up and down the chain, offering solutions and unlocking a whole series of unnecessary hold ups. GoogleI would like to thank Haarts and especially Emma for their professional help and assistance with moving my 84 year old mother from the family home to a retirement complex. What should have been a really straightforward exercise was made so much more difficult by COVID-19, rubbish conveyances and an unconventional buyer!! Finally 7 months after the offers were put in we have a moving date. Haarts used a concierge service during COVID-19, but Emma always rang me back. She was positive, professional and informative. She never gave false promises and we became real lockdown buddies. I always felt that she had our backs and fought for us. I will miss our weekly update calls. Thank you Haarts for a move that could have driven me insane to one where I can now look forward to visiting Mum in her new home.
