GoogleHad an appointment booked for 3:30pm. When the time of our valuation came, they didn’t even turn up; I tried to call the office after 30 minutes but no answer, phone rang out. I have a newborn and it can be difficult juggling things, so do not appreciate not even having a courtesy call to cancel the appointment. Fortunately, other estate agents have been helpful. Wouldn’t recommend.

FacebookThis has to be my worst experience with an #estateagent - I sacked them and tore up the contract as they couldn't even get my property details correct and the promise of city centre shops advertising was a joke - I went into the shop after 4 weeks only to find they had no details of my house in the shop. Today, 8 or so years later after the mess they made they have the audacity to cold call me and ask how my house sale with another agent is going. Emma Collishaw, #Nottingham branch manager is giving out my mobile phone number so they can cold call me. Phoned Haart Nottingham to complain and speak with branch manager, Emma Collishaw only to be told at 12.30 she was out of the office and that she wouldn't be back until 1pm. Told I would come to the branch if I hadn't heard from her by 1.30pm.. Guess what, she called me back 5 mins later.. Haart - It is nothing to do with you how my house sale is progressing, and if I want to change estate agents, Haart would be the very last company I'd call.
After contacting Stephanie Gilmour, PA to James Dowling, Regional Manager the two 5 star reviews pictured above have been removed by Haart Estate Agents, Nottingham.

GoogleDinesh has been looking after us from the beginning and has been absolutely brilliant - couldn't fault the service at all. I was kept up to date every step of the way and he's been very responsive. It's a crazy and uncertain time to move, but it would have been ten times more difficult without his help and guidance.

FacebookI have just sold my house with Haart nottingham upper parliament street. They made selling my house as stress free as possible. They are professional and friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. The sale of my house fell through on a couple of occasions through no fault of Haart's and they were excellent in what is a very frustrating situation, they got my house straight back on the market and redoubled there efforts to get my house sold I can't thank the staff at the branch enough and I would use them again and advise friends and family to use them also. 5* review well earned.

GoogleThe management team horrible. The one based in nottingham city centre by the parlement street. Miss communication, no work ethics, lazy, Careless. Never resolved an issue with my property. Me house full of damp and mould no one cares after reporting the matter several times. 3 people in the management team I'll be mentioning in next review.

GoogleI had a great experience with haart leeting agents Nottingham. I needed to find tenants for my flat while relocating to a different country and now haart is managing the rental of my property. All the staff I have been communicated with (Sean, Luisa, Dinesh) are very helpful, responsive, attentive, patient, and are able to answer or find answers to my questions. In general as a landlord I feel truly supported.

FacebookMy son signed a contract with Nottingham Haart and got keys for one of their properties on the 24th of May 2015 - before we signed the contract with them I had them remove some property from the flat as I informed them that he was epileptic and I didn't feel that it was safe to have those items in the flat . Upon entering the flat with him - we found it was dirty and had a very pungent smell coming from the fridge. We immediately brought the keys back to them and informed them that we would delay moving in by 48 hours so they could clean the place up. On the 27th of May we went back for the keys - the place had been swept up but the smell was still coming from the fridge. I attempted to clean it myself but soon realised that the smell was the rubber on the door needing to be replaced. On the 3rd of June after numerous phone calls to my son and getting no response I rang the branch to ask if they had spare keys so that a friend could access the flat to check on my son. They said that they did not have access to spare keys - that's when I called their maintenance team and got the same response - they did not have an extra key. I asked if it was okay for the police to be called up to force the door open because I was scared for my son - being epileptic we spoke everyday and it was very unusual to not hear from him. They said that they would cover the cost of the police entering the building. Unfortunately my son was found dead by his friend and the police later that day. I am yet to have received a phone call from Haart - not from their local branch or their head office - to offer condolences. Not that it would make the situation better. They have been communicating with my daughter via emails. They were, however quick to inform us that they would be taking the whole months' rent although my soon spent less than a week in the property. They then proceeded to inform my daughter on the day of my son's funeral that they would be deducting re-letting fees and the cost of fixing the door from the deposit. My daughter asked them why they would do such a thing firstly we were given permission to force the door and told that we wouldn't have to pay for it; next what are re-letting fees? They informed her that they were charging re-let fees because " the landlord was not expecting to have to relet the property." Thank you Haart, please excuse my 28 year old son for dying from natural causes without giving you notice or completed his lease with you first . To anyone out there please make sure to give Haart plenty of warning if you ever do expire in any property leased by them.
That's horrendous! Condolences to you and your family. You need to speak to citizens advice to see where you stand...Haart should be ashamed!!!
