GoogleLad in rentals completely lied about the heating system in my property. I've had no hot water or heating for nearly 10 months and the only advise Haart gives is to contact citizens advice or environmental health, because Haart are just "a middleman".
They don't offer any service other than collecting your rent and giving poor excuses for issues they don't want to deal with. Like no heating in November. Absolute piece of "#*! company who only care about commission.
